Step 1: Consultation
We’ll start with a complimentary consultation to chat about your family’s unique needs, your goals for the 4th trimester, and to ensure we are a perfect match.
Step 2: Customizing Your Care Plan & Details
Once you decide to move forward, we’ll handle the paperwork online. You'll complete necessary form so I can understand your preferences, sign the agreement, and officially secure your spot on my calendar.
Step 3: Prepare & Relax
With the logistics out of the way, you can focus on the rest of your pregnancy. I’ll be on standby as your due date approaches, and you can rest easy knowing your postpartum support is locked in. Bonus: I am always available for questions as they come up during this time!
Step 4: In-Home Postpartum Care
Once baby arrives, my hands-on support begins. I’ll come to your home in the greater Des Moines metro to provide evidence-based care, education, and light household help so you can truly rest, recover, and bond with your newborn.
Note: I serve families throughout the entire Des Moines Metro area. A one-time flat rate travel fee of $35 applies to clients located more than 25 miles from my business address.
