All support is prioritized based on the mother’s and infant’s immediate needs upon arrival
Graceful Start $400
This introductory package provides essential support to help you initiate recovery and establish a foundational rhythm in the critical first weeks.
4 Shifts - 12 hours of postpartum doula care - usually over 2 weeks.
Rest & Recovery: Encouragement and designated time for deep maternal rest, focusing on physical and mental healing.
Infant Care Basics: Gentle guidance on newborn soothing techniques, diapering, and comforting cues.
Feeding Support: Initial troubleshooting and assistance with breastfeeding or bottle-feeding challenges during the shift.
Nourishment & Hydration: Simple hydration checks and quick, minimal food preparation (e.g., heating up a pre-made meal or preparing a small snack).
The nurturing Core $600
This package builds on The Graceful Start and provides sustained, consistent care, allowing you to move beyond immediate recovery and begin to build confidence in your new role.
6 shifts - 18 hours of postpartum doula care - usually over 3 weeks.
Feeding schedule: We will work more on babies feeding schedule and pump set up/cleaning as needed.
Nourishing Meals: With 2 additional shifts, we will be able to focus some more time on batch cooking or a freezer meal contingent upon families immediate rest needs.
Light home care: As time permits, focused attention on an area of the home for mother or baby
The Sanctuary Collection $1000
This immersive package includes The Nurturing Core and more. Offering extensive level of support, creating a true sanctuary in your home for complete healing, confidence building, and family integration.
10 shifts - 30 hours of postpartum doula care - usually over 5 weeks.
Deep Healing & Rest: Priority scheduling to ensure continuous parental rest and emotional processing time for maximum postpartum recovery.
Continued Support: These extra shifts allow for ongoing support and guidance.
The Restorative Night $350
This dedicated 8-hour shift is focused entirely on preserving parental sleep, ensuring you wake feeling restored, refreshed, and ready for the day ahead - limited availability.
Priority: Parental Sleep: The main goal is to allow parents to get as much sleep as possible.
Feeding: Bringing the baby to the parent for feeds as needed, or bottle feed baby; and handling all soothing and settling afterward.
Diaper Management: Handling all overnight diaper changes and swaddling.
Tidy & Refresh: A quick organization of the main living space or kitchen before the doula departs, leaving the family with a clean start to the day - dependent on needs of mother and baby.

I serve families throughout the Des Moines Metro area. A one time flat rate travel fee of $35 applies to clients located more than 25 miles from my business address.
